T-24 Requirements

    WHAT TO PROVIDE FOR T-24:

    Please Provide Clear Information Listed Below:

    Please be sure to provide all the information in items 1-12, please note that if  it is not provided , it will cause a delay.


    1) Owner's Name 


    2) Complete project address, including zip code


    3) Complete Project Scope of Work 

         - New Construction 

         - Remodel Addition

         - Window Replacement

         - HVAC/Water Heater Alteration, Replacement 


    4) Complete Floor Plans (Existing and Proposed) 

         - Fully Dimension 

         - Cross Section of Affected Areas

         - Existing Area for Each Floor Level 

         - Additional Area for Each Floor Level 

     

    5) Project Site Plan (Include North Arrow on Plans) 

         Please Note: Orientation of Building is VERY important.


    6) Number of Bedrooms 


    7) Window and Door Schedules for New and Existing

         (Please specify if New or Existing)


    8) Elevation Views 


    9) Ceiling Heights for Existing and New 


    10)  Floor: Raised with Crawlspace or Raised without Crawlspace (<18” above   grade) or   Slab-on-grade (if information not provided, my default is raised floor with crawlspace) 


    11)  Roof: Attic or Vaulted Ceilings 


    12)  Specify if we are Changing (E) Water Heater and (E) FAU & AC.

    Note: if you do not specify, I will just use the default given to me by the software


    · Any changes from the initial design will incur extra charges. 


    · Any information that is not complete will cause a delay and the T-24 will not be done in a timely manner.
